XYZ movement arts is blessed to have a wonderful array of gifted teachers in many different levels and types of yoga and movement to fit almost everyone's needs.  Listed below are the classes available during the week.

CLASS PRICES vary according to each teacher and length of specific class.  Price may range from $8.00 to $15.00 - Please consult your teacher for any price breaks or multiple class discounts.

Beginning Yoga/Gentle Yoga

Join Cynthia for a beginning/gentle yoga class to start your morning out feeling strong, stretched and centered.  Working through a series of asanas we will construct a yoga routine that you can easily incorporate into your week at home.  Each week we will add additional exercises so that your knowledge of yoga and its therapeutic uses will increase over time and allow you to create a home practice if you wish.

Hula is a way of life in Hawaii, a celebration, a moving meditation, an expression of gratitude. Participants will experience hula as a dance of gratitude for nature, learning how basic hand and body movements express a tale of the Earth, Sea and Spirit. Classes are offered with cultural integrity, practicing Hawaiian chant or song, becoming aware of the sacred Huna principals and studying the kaona (spiritual meaning) of each hula.  Classes help to instill within students the true essence of the hula- a prayer for Mother Earth and her inhabitants.
